Howard's experience as Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales for over 22 years at Adera Development Corporation – one of Canada's top respected residential developers – gave him unique and valuable insight into innovative and successful project pre-sale and ongoing sales campaigns. Howard has valuable experience working alongside development managers, planners and architects from project design concepts through public hearing and rezoning.
