Sales in October are continuing on a torrid pace. Especially in houses under $500,000. As hard it may seem to believe, $500,000 seems to be an "affordable" price for many first timers. Especially if it has a revenue suite in the basement. My listing on 17th avenue was sold in 48 hrs after the sign went up and I spoke to many potential buyers who were disappointed to hear that the home sold before they called.
